By installing or using any VIBEMODO product — including Figma plugins, Shopify apps, or this website — you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use our products.
Figma Plugins — Use
VIBEMODO Figma plugins are provided free of charge for core functionality through the Figma Community. They are provided "as is." You use them at your own risk. We make no guarantees about accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose. Diagnostic reports generated by plugins are informational only and do not constitute professional advice.
Shopify Apps — Use
VIBEMODO Shopify apps are subject to both these terms and Shopify's Partner policies. Billing for paid app features (if applicable) is managed through Shopify's billing system. Refund and cancellation terms follow Shopify's standard policies unless otherwise stated in the app listing.
Intellectual Property
All VIBEMODO products, code, brand assets, and website content are the property of VIBEMODO. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission. Nothing in these terms grants you ownership of any VIBEMODO intellectual property.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, VIBEMODO shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our products. Our total liability in any event shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the product in question during the prior 12 months.
Changes
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of VIBEMODO products after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. The "last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
